Program Failed to Install from Download - UAC



It is possible that if you are running Windows Vista / 7 that your User Account Control (UAC) is precluding the download from installing.
Turn off your UAC through the User profile and try again.
 
To turn UAC off:

  1. Click on the Windows "Start" button,
  2. Then Click on the picture associated to your login name.
  3. Click on "Turn User Account Control on or off",
  4. Un-check "Use User Account Control...",
  5. Click "OK".
