Views:

1. Click Start, type in Services in the Search box, click on Services.
2. Click on Services if not already showing, and wait for them to load.
3. Scroll down until you see SQL Server(SQL2008EXPRESS or ADVANCEWARE).
4. Right click on the service, and choose Start. Wait for it to begin.
5. Start QOE/OL v6 and all should be resolved.
